| CVAN Ethics
- Members shall work within integrity and honesty at all times
and provides only those services that they are qualified to
provide.
- Members must uphold a 100% confidentiality agreement with
clients and colleagues. No confidential information shall be
used for personal gain.
- Members shall not knowingly be a part of any illegal or unethical
activity.
- Members must engage in professional development in order
to remain current in their skills and technical abilities as
a Virtual Assistant.
- Members will promote unity and collaboration among VA’s.
- Members will be an advocate for the VA profession and promote
the profession when opportunities are presented.
- Members will not conduct themselves in any way that would
jeopardize the reputation of the CVAN.
Failure to comply with the above code of ethics may result in
the cancellation of a VA's membership with CVAN.
