We at CVAN believe that in order to be successful in business,

Virtual Assistant Network is dedicated to providing resources,
advice, tools and one-on-one support in helping our members grow
and sustain longevity in their business.
CVAN Philosophy: By creating a
fun and social community that is based on sharing, supporting
and continued learning, we will not only assist the individual
VA succeed, but ensure the longevity and success of the VA profession
in Canada.

How
to get the most from your membership We want all VA’s
to be able to reap the benefits of joining CVAN and all that it
has to offer this is why we have kept our membership low. However
it’s up to you to take advantage of the membership benefits,
here are a few tips to ensure you get the most from your membership:
- 1) Get involved – participate
at the fullest level, join in discussions at the forum, participate
in the teleclasses and success circles. You will not only learn
a lot but you’ll have fun doing it. Participating at the
highest level will ensure that you not only get the most from
your membership, but you will meet a lot of VA’s who are
either where you are in your business or have been where you
are. Remember CVAN is all about community!
- 2) Be supportive – we
believe that everyone has something to offer someone else, regardless
of where you are in your business. Be supportive and share your
thoughts and advice with other VA’s.
- 3) Never be afraid to ask a question
– How are you going to learn something new if you are
afraid to ask the question. Asking questions is a powerful tool.
There are no silly questions at CVAN. In most cases, someone
else needs the answer as well. So speak up and ask
away!
- 4) Volunteer – CVAN is
volunteer-driven and we are always looking for VA’s who
are willing to offer a couple hours of their time to support
our initiatives. As a gesture of appreciation for our volunteers
we offer free access to the Success Partners Programs and further
discounts on other offerings. This is a great way to meet those
VA’s leading the way in the industry and playing an active

directory listing which will give you much more exposure,
an additional fee of one-time payment of $25.00 will be required.
